The Opportunity:

We are looking for a customer-focused Associate Insurance Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and supporting the growth of our agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a proactive approach to client relationship management.

Duties

:

Engage with existing and prospective clients through proactive communication. Sales, service and profitable growth of personal lines and specialty lines of business. Focus on actively prospecting for all lines of business by identifying and recommending additional products that benefit the client. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining products, and resolving issues promptly.

Skills:

Commitment to continuous improvement and building client relationships. Attention to details and eager to learn new skills and knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and ability to focus and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. Effective team player and eager to collaborate with peers. Knowledge of insurance sales, marketing strategies, and customer service best practices.

General Insurance SK licence required

, or ability to obtain within 1 month. 1-2 years insurance or other financial services experience is preferred. You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate. You are required to have a valid driver's licence.

Pay: $43,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
