We are currently recruiting for a full-time Associate Insurance Advisor to join our team at Cooperators - Westview Agencies.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Assist customers with their daily insurance and drivers license needs Review coverages, limits, and exclusions and make recommendations based on clients individual needs Update client information and policy details in applicable systems as necessary Issue primary identification, set clients up for knowledge and road tests You will be required through active listening to resolve potential issues with renewals and identify gaps in coverage Process payments, make necessary changes to renewals and offer additional products and services Meet all necessary processing standards and follow best practices and standards
What you will need:

High School and/or Post-Secondary Education Level 1 License is preferred but not required. We will train and license the right applicant Strong ability to multi task Strong customer focus and administration skills Strong communication skills Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once Strong organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast paced office Superior customer service skills Experience achieving sales targets individual and as a team

Pay: $23.96-$35.67 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
