Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic commercial specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for new client growth and expansion of the commercial portfolio though outbound prospecting, client contact and sales activities. You will play a key role in identifying prospects in business markets, servicing clients, determining risks and presenting customized insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients secure the right insurance products.

What to Expect:

Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings to assess their insurance needs. You're an effective team player and provide guidance to support the development of your peers. Strict confidentiality with respect to clients financial status and other personal information. You may be required to have your own vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance. Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. You remain focused and optimistic in the pursuit of a goal, despite barriers, until the objective is achieved and effectively manage your time in the quest of client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry regulations, product offerings, and market changes. You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clear Ability to analyze client needs and market conditions effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
