WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR



Are you passionate about immigration law and committed to making a positive impact on people's lives? We are seeking highly motivated and skilled immigration lawyers to join our team.

As an Associate Immigration Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in our firm, work closely with our team to provide comprehensive legal services to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Client Representation: Representing clients in various immigration matters, including visa / work permit / study permit applications, applications for permanent residence through provincial and federal immigration programs, defending clients in removal and admissibility proceedings before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, refugee claims, and other complex immigration programs for skilled workers and entrepreneurs. You will guide clients through the legal process, ensuring their rights are protected, and their cases are effectively presented.

2. Legal Research and Analysis. Conducting thorough legal research, staying updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes, and analyzing complex immigration issues to provide accurate and strategic advice to clients.

3. Documentation and Filings. Preparing and reviewing legal documents, immigration applications, and supporting evidence, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, recording file progress, notes, and maintaining file-related administrative information and logs.

4. Client Communication. Building strong relationships with clients by providing clear and concise communication, explaining legal options, and guiding them through the immigration process with empathy and professionalism.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork. Collaborating with our team members, sharing knowledge and expertise, and contributing to a collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and excellence.

Our approach to monthly billing aims to provide our lawyers with a reasonable workload while ensuring exceptional service to our clientele. We believe in setting realistic billing targets that will take into account experience, client base, and the general demands of legal work and its administration. Our lawyers are free to set their own schedules and manage their workflows. To reach our mutual goals, Titan Law supports its lawyers in their business development efforts for their own client generation over time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
