You will deal with all aspects of the employee lifecycle and also support global HR projects.

• Maintain accurate personnel records and data integrity with HRIS system
• Hold a shared responsibility for managing the \'Ask HR\' inbox answering queries from managers and employees throughout the business, whilst promoting a \'self-service\' model
• Provide advice and support to managers and staff
• Support management with employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislation and HR best practices
• Administration through the entire employee life cycle from On boarding to Off boarding
• Assist with Payroll Administration (starters/leavers and amendments)
• Involvement in HR Projects & Initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above

Qualifications

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or similar experience
• Working towards a qualification in Human Resource Management (not essential)
• Previous experience working in Human Resources for a fast-paced organization.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Knowledge of Canadian Immigration law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Proactive & Responsive
• A collaborative approach
• Clear and concise written and spoken communications skills; including being able to respond to appropriately to different audiences
• Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
• Ability to plan and prioritize
• Ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner at all times
