The Role
This role is for someone who wants to become an excellent relationship based advisor, and who is willing to earn trust over time.
You will support client meetings, follow up, and implementation while building the technical and communication skills to eventually lead relationships. Depending on your experience, you may begin by supporting a Lead Advisor, and gradually take on meeting leadership and your own client segment.
We are open to hiring at Associate Advisor Level 2 or Level 3 depending on experience.

What You Will Own
Client meeting support and follow through
Support meeting prep, agenda coordination, and delivery logistics
Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure action items are captured and completed
Draft client follow up emails and implementation summaries for advisor review
Coordinate client requests and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Planning support and Conquest inputs
Support plan data gathering, updating, and scenario prep
Work within Conquest (Planning Software) as part of meeting prep, plan updates, and ongoing client changes
Implementation and client service overlap
Coordinate onboarding steps, paperwork flow, and transfer progress with the client care team
Support account maintenance tasks as required (money movement coordination, beneficiary updates initiated through proper workflows, trade support under advisor supervision)
Provide backup coverage on operational items when needed, especially during spring and fall client review periods
Growth into advice delivery
Over time, begin leading portions of meetings and client communications
Build EQ, communication, and client confidence skills
Develop toward full ownership of relationships aligned to your capability and credential path
Role Level Expectations
Associate Advisor Level 2
Strong meeting prep and follow through, reliable execution
Supports planning updates and client communications with confidence
Comfortable with basic implementation workflows and service coordination
Conquest exposure preferred, not required
Capable of leading portions of client meetings (develop and deliver advice with supervision)
Enrolled in CFP program
Associate Advisor Level 3
Can run meeting prep end to end and capable of leading client meetings and relationships for less complex clients.
Conquest experience required
Strong judgement, clear writing, proactive client communication
On track toward CFP, or already progressing through advanced education
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant financial services experience
Strong communication, high professionalism, client first mindset
Reliable execution, strong follow through, and comfort owning workflows
If applying at Level 3, Conquest experience is required & some experience managing client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
CSC (IIROC Licenced) completed (or ability to complete quickly if required for your scope)
CFP in progress, or strong intention to pursue
Experience in an advice first planning process, not product sales
