Who you are

As Associate Director/Director, Property Tax Services, you will be responsible for all aspects of property assessment and property tax analysis with the objective of identifying property tax savings opportunities for our clients. You will have extensive experience with property tax assessment reviews and appeals and demonstrate strong relationship management and business development skills.

What you bring

Preferred background for this role is a college or university degree with a minimum of 3 years of property tax consulting experience, or a minimum of 6 years of property tax consulting experience.

Bonus Skills

Preference will be given to candidates with CRE experience who embrace a hybrid working environment.

What success looks like

You will manage projects and staff to identify property tax savings opportunities for clients in a dynamic, deadline driven work environment

You'll possess strong oral and written communication, presentation, relationship management, and interpersonal skills

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build business and work independently on assigned projects.
