This is an opportunity for a proven leader to step in and

own the technology delivery

for one of our key retail clients. You won't just be managing projects; you'll be setting the Quality Engineering vision and strategy that directly impacts their business. As a senior member of our practice, you will be accountable for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and the growth of both our business and our people.

Key Responsibilities

Own the P&L:

Take direct responsibility for the financial health of your project portfolio, actively managing margin, revenue, and service quality to drive profitability.

Lead Complex Delivery:

Command the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, leading teams of 50+ people and managing budgets in excess of $20M.

Define Success:

Define and own the metrics that matter. You will establish the KPIs and OKRs that measure delivery success and use them to drive data-informed continuous improvement.

Drive Commercial Growth:

Partner with our sales teams to identify and pursue new opportunities. You will be instrumental in solutioning new work, contributing to proposals, and expanding Accenture's footprint at the client.

Mentor Future Leaders:

Develop and lead a high-performing team. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting their professional growth.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 12+ years of experience in technology consulting or a related industry. Proven experience in a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for account health, senior stakeholder management, and commercial negotiations. Direct, hands-on experience leading the delivery of complex technology programs with significant budgets and team sizes.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Planning and Technology Architecture Implementation. * Experience delivering across various commercial models, including Managed Services, Fixed Price, and Time & Material.
