TalentWorld is recruiting an Associate Director (IT-SaaS) in Mississauga, Ontario for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple end-to-end SaaS client implementation and onboarding projects simultaneously.
Oversee meticulous workflow planning for a large team, ensuring processes align seamlessly.
Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure successful software adoption.
Develop and communicate project work plans, scope, timelines, and resourcing requirements.
Collaborate with software development and technical teams to resolve project escalations.
Maintain detailed project documentation and address issues promptly.
Ensure contract and process compliance, providing timely project updates.
Facilitate regular status meetings and lead project governance sessions.
Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare software implementation or customer success
Implementation experience in a SaaS environment is mandatory.
Strong technical skills and understanding of healthcare operations.
Excellent technical project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience creating and managing project dashboards, working with data visualization tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira) is a plus.
