Being a part of a Global team that provides day to day support of Real Estate and Real Asset products \xe2\x80\x93 namely Yardi, but also other applications utilized by MUFG\xe2\x80\x99s internal and external stakeholders.
Act as business solution owner for applications within Real Estate and Real Asset operating models and provide SME-level support as required.
Working virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders irrespective of their location or time-zone.
Assist in the development of processes and best practice standards that will be applied either to the Global support team or other functions leveraging RE/RA applications or tools.
Provide business solutions working with internal and external stakeholders to analyze requirements and gaps and define/implement solutions as needed.
Lead the application related aspects of the new client onboarding process. Collaborate with Client Operations & Client Integration teams to translate Fund Document language into technical requirements for system setup to a best practice standard that ensures highest level of transparent automation achievable or the given use case.
Collaborate with Client servicing teams to ensure consistency of service delivered, provide coaching/training and support to ensure that the operational teams are aware of and are using the full range of system functionalities available
Support the business development and Client Integration teams to attract new business and onboard to the Target Operating Model. This includes delivery of system demonstrations to prospective clients and development/enhancement of system demonstration material.
Support Product lead on Product roadmap items including system integrations, platform enhancements, and new acquisitions as needed.
Drive efficiencies by ensuring seamless data transfer between Yardi and other system.
Deliver solutions to off system modelling (carried interest / waterfall / complicated fees)
Stay current with new technologies, tools or applications and acquire new skills required to cater to changing demands.
Provide additional ad-hoc support and solutions.
Qualifications
More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience supporting Yardi or working as a Yardi super user. Super user experience includes knowledge of the following:

Performance Tables
Calculator Analytics
Consolidation/Allocation Rules
Cascade Rules
Account Trees/IM Templates

YSR Reporting
Task Running Procedures
Strong background in Fund or Investor Administration, with an understanding of Real Estate and Real Asset fund structures, accounting, fee calculations, economics, processes, and life cycles.
Knowledge of Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and European Association of Investors in Non-List Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) reporting guidelines & information standards.
Capable of supporting requirements and testing for business/application requests.
Capable of modeling business processes to support product operational usage. Can produce artifacts such as process models, use cases, procedural guides and scenarios.
Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Client-focused mindset, problem solving oriented, delivering superior customer results.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
