This leadership position will oversee, develop, and employ various marketing initiatives to achieve our long- and short-term organizational goals. This individual should have a successful track record of establishing and leading marketing strategy and in working cross-functionally to develop and execute pre-launch and launch plans. The ideal candidate has significant expertise launching brands, building brand awareness, and supporting the sales leaders/teams to drive impactful results. Building out the organization's digital capabilities will be an important responsibility for this role. This is a highly visible role which will lead the marketing efforts for a key product launch in the Canadian portfolio.
As the organization grows, this role may evolve to more focused responsibilities.
