Join a leading global bank in an exciting Associate Director - Business Banking Lead Product Owner role. You'll play a key role in standardizing and implementing business banking products, client lifecycle workflows, and CRM solutions across multiple regions, including Ontario and Latin America. Responsibilities

• Lead business banking product ownership across multiple regions
• Oversee client onboarding processes, credit workflows, and profitability analysis
• Use Salesforce CRM to extract client information, create 360 client views, and propose banking solutions
• Implement and standardize technology and process improvements across regions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design, delivery, and change management
• Ensure alignment of business banking operations across Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business/commercial banking
• Background in product management, product ownership, or project delivery
• Experience with client onboarding, credit lines, profitability tracking, and CRM systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar client management tools
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working in multi-country or global banking operations is an asset
