Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions. Work effectively with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth operations in the clinic. Maintain accurate patient records using Oryx software and ensure compliance with all regulations. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including CAD technology and medical terminology relevant to dental practice. Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Experience with Oryx software is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Pay: $84,436.95-$378,989.02 per year
