Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses for patients of all ages. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Oryx. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the dental office. Manage pediatric cases with sensitivity and professionalism.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid RCDSO license to practice dentistry. Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for effective communication within the healthcare team. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
