ASSOCIATE DENTIST - DAWSON DENTAL EAST YORK

985 Broadview Avenue, Toronto, ON

Practice Overview:

Beautiful standalone clinic overlooking a park - bright operatories with windows in each room. Two-floor practice (It is important to note: no elevator. New associate will primarily work on the first floor but may occasionally use hygiene rooms on second floor). Fully staffed team including 4 hygienists, CDA support, and a Treatment Coordinator. Operating 8 total chairs. Software: Tracker | Digital X-rays | Videa AI | Paperless. Balanced billing in place for CDCP.

Associate Schedule:

Monday: 8:30am-6:00pm Tuesday: 8:30am-5:00pm Wednesday: 8:30am-6:00pm Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am-4:00pm

Clinical Expectations:

Bread & butter dentistry with strong demand for:Basic and Molar Endo Advanced Oral Surgery (including impacted 3rd molars) Implant Dentistry Invisalign Periodontal treatment is a major asset due to existing patient needs Sedation available: Nitrous & Oral High CDCP concentration

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with a broad patient demographic - pediatric to geriatric. Adaptable, collaborative, and confident in assuming care for long-standing patients. Willing to integrate into a close-knit team culture.

About You:

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process. Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements. Valid CPR certification.
