Associate Dentist Wanted - Join a Busy, Multi-Location Practice in St. Catharines, ON

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Dentist to become part of our dynamic and growing dental team in St. Catharines. This position offers the opportunity to take over a well-established patient roster in a high-demand setting. Our current provider is transitioning to a reduced schedule, creating an immediate opening for a new associate to take over a productive caseload -- currently averaging $500-$600/hour with minimal downtime (approx. 10-15%). The position is ideal for a dentist ready to step into a high-performing role and contribute to a busy, patient-focused clinic.

Weekly Schedule

Monday:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (St. Catharines)

Tuesday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (St. Catharines)

Thursday:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Dunnville, 2x/month)

Friday:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (St. Catharines)

Saturday:

8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Stoney Creek, 2x/month)

Your Responsibilities

Conduct detailed dental assessments and develop treatment plans Manage a wide range of procedures (restorations, extractions, endodontics, crowns) Deliver patient education focused on preventive care and oral hygiene Work in tandem with hygienists, assistants, and front-desk staff Maintain accurate digital patient records (Dentrix/Epic) Apply the latest clinical methods and innovations Provide sensitive care to paediatric patients when required

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Previous experience in general dentistry preferred Familiarity with digital practice management tools (e.g., Dentrix, Epic) Working knowledge of CAD/CAM dentistry is an asset Pediatric experience is a plus but not required
