Associate Dentist on

a

part-time

basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

Seawall Dental is a modern, boutique clinic located in a well-established community, right next to the beach in the beautiful village of Dundarave. As a fully equipped dental office designed for patient comfort, our mission is to provide the highest level of comprehensive dental care to all patients in a friendly and welcoming environment.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from

35% - 43% of collections and higher

(depending on experience)

SCHEDULE:

Three days per week No evenings!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process. Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s) Additional license or certificate might be required (CPR/BLS)

2-3 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada

is preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients' families
