Associate Dentist - $10,000/Month Base + Premium Benefits with Upside

Location: Nordstrom Dental in Rimbey, Alberta

Compensation: $10,000/month guaranteed base + 35% commission on excess

production + Premium Benefits

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No evenings or weekends required

Compensation & Benefits Package:

? Guaranteed Base Pay: $10,000/month

? Housing Allowance: $10,000/year

? Travel Allowance: $5,000/year

? Continuing Education Allowance: $5,000/year

? Paid Dues & Insurance: CDSA, ADA, and malpractice insurance fully

reimbursed (~$7,000/year)

? Uniform Allowance: $1,000/year

? Health Spending Account: $2,000/year for massage, physio, gym membership,

etc.

? 4 Weeks of Paid Time Off: 2 weeks for CE + 2 weeks for personal vacations

? Production Bonus: 35% commission on excess monthly production (above

$50,000)

? Total compensation, including base pay and benefits, is guaranteed at

$150,000 per year, with the potential for over $300,000 in total annual

compensation when the production bonus is included.

Eligibility: Applicants must have at least two years of hands-on clinical practice

experience, with a strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry. Previous
