We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and adhering to the highest standards of infection control and patient confidentiality. The Associate Dentist will play a vital role in diagnosing, planning, and executing a wide range of dental procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.

Duties



Perform comprehensive patient examinations, assessments, and diagnoses using dental terminology and medical records. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including preventive care and complex procedures such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, and prosthodontics. Utilize dental imaging techniques and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct procedures involving oral surgery, endodontics, and other specialty treatments with aseptic technique. Engage in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Educate patients on oral health care, treatment options, and post-treatment instructions to promote optimal patient care. Maintain infection control standards through proper sterilization techniques and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality service delivery. Stay current with advancements in dental technology, including Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix software systems, and other relevant tools.

Skills



Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, general dentistry procedures, and dental terminology. Experience with oral surgery techniques including dental extractions and root canal therapy. Ability to perform prosthodontics procedures and manage complex cases involving dental fabrication. Skilled in medical imaging interpretation and understanding of anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and delivering compassionate service. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and infection control protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages. This position requires prior experience in dental clinics or offices along with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
