We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Dentist to join our team full-time and assume a lead role at our established, high-performing family dental practice in Delta, BC. This is a rare opportunity to

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Clinic Setup:

6 operatories 2 dedicated operatories for the Associate 3 full-time hygienists Dedicated CDA support

Patient Volume:

Large, loyal existing patient base 20+ new patients/month Solid hygiene infrastructure ensures steady clinical flow

Current Scope:

Bread and Butter Dentistry Endodontics Oral Surgery (including impacted wisdom teeth) Implant Dentistry (placement and restoration) Cosmetic Dentistry & Clear Aligner Therapy

Technology & Systems:

Dentrix PMS New iTero Lumina iOS integration Pan/Ceph Soft Tissue Diode Laser Digital Radiographs Fully paperless

Clinic Environment:

Long-term, loyal team and strong internal systems Natural light throughout with large windows and welcoming atmosphere Ground floor access with ample free parking Accessible via public transit - located on a main bus route Diverse, family- and professional-based patient population

Must-haves:

Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience Strong leadership and communication skills Comprehensive, full-scope treatment planning confidence Ability to work efficiently in a team-based setting

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with surgical or complex restorative cases Experience with orthodontics (clear aligners) Interest in building long-term patient relationships and practice equity

About You:



Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements Valid CPR certification
