Overview



We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our family-owned and operated dental practice with three convenient locations. Our practice prides itself on providing personalized, high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our staff to ensure a positive experience for all patients while adhering to regulations and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities



Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide a range of dental services including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Conduct dental extractions and root canal therapy as needed. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure proper infection control practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver high-quality patient care. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Qualifications



Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license and eligibility for practice. Proficiency in dental software systems such as tracker is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and aseptic techniques. Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus. Demonstrated ability to perform various dental procedures including but not limited to restorations, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and prosthodontics. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort. Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. However, new graduates welcomed. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $222.00 per day

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
