: 5 days open flexibility, to be discussed with the associate.

What We Offer:

Compensation: 40% of collections (including exams and radiographs).

Autonomy: Full independence in treatment planning and patient care

Mentorship: Work alongside Dr. M, who is open to mentoring and collaboration

Modern Practice: 5 state-of-the-art operatories, fully digital workflow (Dentrix software)

Supportive Team: 1 dentist, 3 experienced RDHs, 1 dedicated dental assistant per doctor, office manager, treatment coordinator, and administrative team, 5 Hygienists.

About You:

Education: DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

Licensure: Valid license to practice dentistry in Ontario, Canada

Skills: Strong communication, rapport-building, detail-oriented, excellent manual dexterity

Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Languages: Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
