We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist in good standings with the RCDSO to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ethical high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals. Fridays & Saturdays schedule

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Ethically perform a variety of dental procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems "Curve" Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.

Skills

Digital radiographs and clinical note taking. Previous experience in a dental office setting is REQUIRED Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and effectively communicate treatment options.
