Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice on Fridays and alternate Saturdays. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure patient satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Conduct various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals. Utilize dental software such as Oryx for patient management and record keeping. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice dentistry. Experience with performing wisdom tooth extractions and second-molar endodontics is preferred Proficiency in using dental software applications such as Oryx is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high ethical standards.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
