Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The current associate of 5+ years is moving away so there is a stable and long term patient base already in place. New grads are welcome to apply and mentoring is available with the owner/main dentist in the practice.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental health. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Duties

Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, implants, fixed and removable prosthodontics, BOTOX and preventive care. Utilize digital tools and Cleardent software patient management and record-keeping. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. A commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
