Executive Summary - Associate Dentist (Dawson Dental Guelph South)

Opportunity Overview:

Dawson Dental Guelph South is looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join their modern, fully staffed practice. This is a replacement hire, offering a great opportunity to take over an established patient base with significant growth potential.

Position Details:

Schedule:

o Monday: 9 AM - 5 PM

o Tuesday: 10 AM - 6 PM

o Wednesday: 11 AM - 7 PM

o Two Saturdays per month: 9 AM - 2 PMOperatory Setup:

o 9 total chairs

o 1 chair dedicated to the associate

o 5 hygiene chairs daily

Mentorship Available - (Cosmetic, Endo, Restorative, Surgical - Implants, Extractions, Grafting) Current Clinical Offerings:

o General Dentistry (Bread & Butter)

o Basic & Advanced Endodontics (Molar Retreats, Calcified Canals)

o Basic & Advanced Oral Surgery (Including impacted third molars)

o Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge)

o Implant Dentistry

o Invisalign

Sedation Options: Nitrous & Oral Sedation

o Oral Surgeon available once per month

o IV Sedation offered once per month (or more if needed)

o Strong referral network within Dawson Dental

About You:

Ideally Invisalign Certified (or working towards), placer of implants and can take on major cases Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements Valid CPR certification
