The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
This position offers an established dental practice, with almost 40 years serving the Lower Mainland and neighboring communities. Fully staffed with a very hard-working, efficient, and dedicated team to support you in your success. This practice combines excellent patient care with advanced technology: Cerec, itero, and fully digital x-rays and CBCT Scan + Panorex, 3D printing machines, and many more.
Part-time position: 1 day or more
Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, other days optional

COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with
remuneration starting from 35% -43% of collections and higher (depending on experience)
SCHEDULE:
8 or more hours per week
Saturdays plus optional other weekdays
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
Registered and in good standing with British Columbia licensing requirements
We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
New graduates are welcome with mentorship provided
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients' families
