Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our family orientated dental practice.

Hours:

This full time position will start in Jan 2026, Tuesday-Friday and 1 Saturday per month

We can accommodate Part Time December 2025 for 1-2 days a week.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to strong customer service. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Experience with dentistry is valued, as we cater to patients of all ages. New grad are welcome to apply. We are looking for someone that wants a long term fit and is motivated to grow personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Conduct preventive, restorative, and surgical dental procedures as needed. Maintain accurate patient records using cleardent software system. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures within the practice.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice dentistry. Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. A commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining high ethical standards in practice. Pay: $500.00-$3,000.00 per day
