We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and patient satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software, including itero and Dentrix. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing various dental procedures with complete GUIDANCE if needed, while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures such as examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, and crowns with complete
GUIDANCE
if needed.
Diagnose dental conditions using clinical examination and radiographs.
Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Utilize dental CAD software for designing restorations and prosthetics.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic and Dentrix systems.
Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth practice operations.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through ongoing education.
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
NEW Grad Welcome
Valid state dental license in good standing.
Experience with dental office management software such as Dentrix, adstra; familiarity with itero is a plus.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience working with CAD systems for designing dental restorations is desirable.
Prior experience in a dental practice environment is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
