We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have experience in a variety of dental procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a large team. The Associate Dentist will play a key role in enhancing the patient experience while ensuring the highest standards of dental practice.
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures.
Utilize dental software system- Cleardent- for patient records management and treatment planning.
Provide family dental care with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for all patients.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Maintain compliance with all health regulations and safety standards within the practice.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice dentistry.
Previous experience in a dental office
Ability to work a flexible schedule- clinic is open 7 days a week
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
