Our well-established dental practice client, proudly serving the SW Calgary community for over 60 years, is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate to join our busy and supportive team. With a loyal patient base, modern technology, and a strong commitment to mentorship, this is an excellent opportunity for an Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. We are ideally looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience, but are also open to enthusiastic new graduates who demonstrate strong clinical skills, a willingness to learn, a patient-focused mindset and non-clinical attributes that set him or herself apart

Monday 7:30-3:30 Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation:

40% of collections, with additional pay

for hygiene exams and recall x-rays.

The Team & Facility

6 operatories 4 Hygienists 2 Dentists (collaborative team environment) 1 Treatment Coordinator up to 3 Dental Assistants in rotation Modern technology including: 3Shape Trios IOS, chairside IOC, Morita PAN/CBCT, 810 diode laser, digital charting, and PSP radiographs. Practice management software: Abeldent LS (latest version).
Clinical Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with and/or have experience in:

Anterior and molar endodontics Simple and surgical teeth extractions Implant restorations (preferred system Straumann) Invisalign (or comparable clear aligner therapy) Simple conventional orthodontics Oral and nitrous conscious sedation Periodontics & Pediatric dentistry Restorative (amalgam, composite, crown & bridge, inlays/onlays) Removable prosthetics (dentures) Aesthetic dentistry
