COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections.

SCHEDULE:

40 hours per week 5 days, Monday - Friday

Temporary Contract, October 2025 - May 2026

No evenings or weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process

Current registration or in-process with the

British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)

Licensed to practice dentistry in British Columbia (we welcome those registered in other Canadian provinces)

Minimum 3 years of Canadian dental practice experience

Exceptional patient communication skills with a gentle, compassionate chairside manner An appreciation for quality, in dentistry and in life Someone who sees the Okanagan not just as a workplace, but as a lifestyle destination
