About the position: SEM is actively seeking an Associate Customer Service & Sales in Moncton, New Brunswick. Requirements of the position: \xc2\xb7 Working closely with existing clients to service all their needs, such as reviewing their coverages, answering their questions, and advising them on the right solutions to protect their most valuable assets. \xc2\xb7 Identifying and suggesting additional coverages that benefit the client. \xc2\xb7 Quoting and selling property and auto insurance to prospective clients and clients in accordance with sales processes and underwriting guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Entering of policies and endorsements into our policy system. Qualifications of the position: \xc2\xb7 General Insurance License required (or obtained within 2-months). \xc2\xb7 Experience in the Insurance Industry would be an asset. \xc2\xb7 Excellent skills in communication (verbal/written), organization, time management, client service, decision making and problem solving. \xc2\xb7 Comfortable with technology and the use of multiple programs including the Microsoft Office suite and our policy administration system. \xc2\xb7 Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
