Relevant directement du Vice-President, Creation et Strategie, ce role offre une occasion unique de piloter des recits strategiques, de participer activement a la creation et de concevoir des experiences de marque marquantes -- tout cela en collaboration avec une equipe creative nationale repartie entre Toronto et Montreal.

Dans ce role, vous serez appelee a :

Prendre en charge l'ensemble du processus creatif -- de l'ideation strategique a la mise en scene narrative et a l'execution visuelle. Developper de grandes idees avec des arcs narratifs solides, ancrees dans des insights strategiques et une logique orientee resultats. Creer et livrer des presentations clients convaincantes qui inspirent, persuadent et incitent a l'action. Contribuer activement a la direction artistique et a la production visuelle -- a l'aise autant avec la conception graphique qu'avec la vision d'ensemble. Animer et dynamiser des seances d'ideation avec les equipes internes, en favorisant une collaboration audacieuse. Traduire les strategies et les briefs en campagnes creatives percutantes (experiences en direct, contenu numerique, medias sociaux, etc.). Gerer efficacement votre temps et vos priorites dans un environnement au rythme rapide. Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes Strategie, Comptes et Production afin de deployer des campagnes integrees sur le marche. Rester a l'avant-garde des tendances creatives et experientielles, en repoussant constamment les limites du possible.

Une penseurse et createurtrice polyvalente : capable de generer de grandes idees, de concevoir intelligemment et de diriger artistiquement avec rigueur. Une conteurse strategique capable de susciter l'adhesion autour d'une idee, tant a l'interne qu'aupres des clients. Une presentateurtrice chevronnee, sachant captiver et mettre en scene des idees grace a des techniques de storytelling efficaces. Une passion profonde pour le marketing experientiel et le pouvoir des experiences de marque en personne. Une solide experience en presentations clients et en direction d'equipes pluridisciplinaires avec energie et vision. Une grande aisance a travailler sous pression dans un environnement exigeant -- vous demeurez concentree, agile et positifve en toute circonstance. Un esprit creatif qui s'epanouit dans un cadre dynamique et qui sait equilibrer inspiration et execution.

Ce que vous apportez :

Un parcours eprouve en leadership creatif strategique -- avec un portfolio demontrant vos capacites en conceptualisation, narration, direction artistique et design au sein de campagnes integrees. Une solide experience en marketing experientiel et en campagnes de marque integrees. D'excellentes competences en communication et en storytelling, tant a l'ecrit qu'a l'oral. Une approche pratique de la direction artistique et de la production visuelle, prete a contribuer activement a la concretisation des idees. Une comprehension approfondie des resultats strategiques et la capacite d'aligner les idees creatives aux objectifs clients (KOI, KPI). Une passion pour l'innovation, la collaboration et le travail d'equipe dans un environnement creatif national et interconnecte.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Creative & Strategy, this role is a unique opportunity to drive strategic storytelling, hands-on creation, and powerful brand experiences -- all while collaborating with a national creative team across Toronto and Montreal.

In This Role, You Will:

Own the full creative process -- from strategic ideation to staging and storytelling to visual execution. Develop big ideas with strong narrative arcs rooted in strategic insight and outcome-driven thinking. Craft and deliver compelling client presentations that inspire, persuade, and ignite action. Contribute actively to art direction and producing visuals when needed -- being as comfortable with layout and execution as you are with big-picture thinking. Lead and energize creative ideation sessions with internal teams, fostering a spirit of bold collaboration. Translate strategy and briefs into high-impact creative campaigns across live experiences, digital, social, content, and more. Manage your time and priorities with grace and agility in a fast-moving environment. Collaborate closely with our Strategy, Accounts, and Production teams to bring integrated campaigns to market. Stay at the forefront of creative and experiential trends, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

What You Bring

A proven track record of strategic creative leadership -- with a portfolio showcasing concepting, storytelling, art direction, and design across integrated campaigns. Strong background in experiential marketing and integrated brand campaigns. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills -- both written and verbal. Hands-on experience in art direction and visual production, ready to step in when needed to help bring ideas to life. Deep understanding of strategic outcomes and how to align creative ideas with client objectives (KOIs and KPIs). A passion for collaboration, innovation, and working as part of a national creative team that shares ideas across cities.
