Edgewell Personal Care (EPC) is currently seeking an Associate Creative Director, Digital Content for our North America brands including Schick, Hydro Silk, Intuition, Skintimate, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic and Wet Ones. The Associate Creative Director, Digital Content will lead EPC\xe2\x80\x99s in-house creative team to develop digital creative content, from concept through to execution. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience building and managing Creative teams, and a passion for reinventing established brands. The Associate Creative Director, Digital Content reports to the Senior Director, Creative Services and Digital Content.

Responsibilities:
Lead internal design and copy team responsible for delivery of digital content, including brand websites, emails, eRetail A+ content, social content, digital banner ads, etc. Review and approve all creative assets developed by the team.

Oversee the development of highly effective digital campaigns for product & retail launches in both the US and Canada, with an eye to business objectives (e.g. drive sales). Generate, edit and refine (test and learn) creative ideas that are focused, clear and considered across all channels (video, social, digital, etc.), while remaining fresh and relevant to the consumer. Select and direct outside creative resources on a project basis.

Conceptualize design and storytelling of digital content projects, as well as provide thought leadership and detailed creative direction across multiple projects. Ensure all projects adhere to the overarching brand identity (guidelines, typography, photography, color), as well as project requirements, strategic objectives (outlined by job owner), technical specs for desktop and mobile devices, and deliver on time.

Provide creative vision and direction for evergreen digital content (e.g. eCommerce content).

Provide creative vision and art direction for photography and videography production.

In partnership with the Project Manager, efficiently and effectively prioritize the workload of the creative team to ensure we maximize our efforts, are focused on the right priorities and meet deadlines.

Research trends in art and digital design within the CPG industry; present ideas and concepts for new digital innovation. Create innovative user experiences based on an understanding of customer needs and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with project-based freelance Creative Directors and Brand Marketing on creative strategy projects (i.e. brand vision/mission, brand architecture, product and packaging design, etc.). Provide design support for product graphics, logos, identity design, or other offline graphics as bandwidth allows.

Actively mentor an internal creative team, while also leveraging and leading external creative agencies or freelancers as needed.

Set the bar for an exceptional caliber of output across all deliverables, helping the team live up to our high standards.

Skills and Abilities Required:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in brand creative/design direction (including 5+ years in a creative leadership role), with an emphasis in art direction/design or storytelling/copy, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
Original thinker and a strong storyteller with a passion for developing creative that disrupts, inspires and resonates deeply.
Adept at taking brand strategy and turning it into creative concepts that will be impactful for consumers. You have a clear vision of how a brand should look and feel and how it should come to life, across all touchpoints.
Strong, dynamic portfolio that demonstrates your creative vision and aesthetic and your ability to elevate a brand across a wide range of platforms.
Experience overseeing creative for eCommerce (including UX/UI design and knowledge of mobile responsive design) and digital performance marketing channels preferred.
Strong experience directly managing and developing a team of creatives, with the ability to not only lead, but to also coach and inspire.
Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner with multiple departments and teams, especially Brand and eCommerce teams.
Excellent computer skills in relevant creative software packages (e.g. Adobe Suite), as well as project management software (e.g. Adobe Workfront).
Must possess sense of urgency, entrepreneurial working style and great attention to detail.
Ability to work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
