THE ROLE

Our Canadian Executive Compensation & Governance practice headquartered in Toronto is seeking an ambitious, dynamic, inquisitive, and astute individual who can work on challenging assignments related to executive and director compensation.

Korn Ferry\'s Executive Compensation & Governance practice is among Canada\'s top consulting practices. We specialize in delivering the highest quality results in reviewing executive and director compensation & benefits, short and long-term incentive design, corporate governance, and pay for performance analysis.

Korn Ferry is seeking an Analyst / Associate Consultant to work with a team of seasoned executive pay practitioners to deliver custom solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Analysts / Associate Consultants are expected to support internal project plans and project execution through research and analytics.

KEY RESPNSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Support mid- and senior-level teammates on project planning and client solution development.
  • Support the development of solutions for clients by working as part of a client or opportunity team and leveraging the insights gained through compensation research and analytics including industry trends and regulatory updates.
  • Support multiple projects or work-streams within a more complex assignment. Typical duration of projects are several months.
  • Work with and coordinate activities with colleagues across teams.
  • Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • 2+ years working experience through a full occupation or a related co-op program.
  • Has established credentials in human capital, compensation, or executive reward consulting.
  • Can operate independently to make custom adjustments to relatively standard offerings to meet client needs.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office experience with high proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Strong quantitative analysis capabilities with the ability to consult with clients as part of a team.
  • Experience in survey data analysis, statistical analysis and research is an asset.
  • Experience working with Bloomberg / CapitalIQ is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
  • Well-developed written and presentation / communication skills.
EDUCATION:

Possess an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Math or equivalent.
