People Can Fly is one of the leading independent AAA games development studios with an international team of hundreds of talented individuals working from offices located in Poland, UK, US, and Canada, and from all over the world thanks to our remote work programs.

Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we\'re growing in the self-publishing model. We also have one project in the concept phase - Red; as well as two projects in VR technology - Green Hell VR and Thunder - a new project based on one of the IPs from the Group\'s portfolio.

Project Gemini is a yet unannounced AAA game developed with Square Enix - the publisher of our recent AAA title, Outriders. The game development involves primarily our Europe based teams.



Person on this position is responsible for the creation of character clothing using Marvelous Designer simulation software. The resulting outfits must be suitable to the project\'s artistic vision and technical requirements.

  • Creating high quality character cloths suitable technically and artistically to project universe
  • Have basic knowladge of UE5 to import created contant and setup materials according team workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Character Art and Technical Animation teams to ensure that the assets are delivered in the required format for production.
  • Maintain the production and software pipeline and meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in meetings and follow company routine (ex. following core hours).
Qualifications
  • Portfolio showcasing your Cloth simulation skills
  • Good understanding of garment form, patterns, simulation properties, and cloth behavior.
  • Ability to build an interesting, harmonious outfit suitable to project universe
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback
  • Ability to follow established styles, techniques, and workflows
  • Good knowledge of major Cloth simulation packages (Marvelous Designer, Clo3D)
  • Understanding of UE Game engine. Ability to perform basic operations, such as importing and material setup.
  • High work ethic and self-motivated
  • Passion for Games
  • Language: English and/or Polish language skills (everyone in our studio speaks English, but Polish language skills are a plus)
