Join our team as a Senior Project Manager based in Canada, where you'll lead global clinical research projects and programs, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage clinical projects/programs from initiation through completion. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to scope and change control processes. Guide project teams to meet milestones and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio. Support business development through RFPs and proposal presentations. Mentor and provide technical expertise to project managers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in project management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
