• Supervise a team of fund accountants, mentor and support them through training and development
• Provide a full range of fund accounting services to Real Estate or Private Equity clients, including NAV review and preparation
• Assist with setting up and reviewing consolidations through the investment structure using various consolidation rules
• Review/Prepare third party reconciliations of investments and cash
• Review/Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and notices
• Review/Prepare fee schedules including calculation of management fees and carried interest, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents
• Review/Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly
• Review client Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), PPMs, and other materials and ensure service levels are in line with such legal documents
• Collaborate with client, banks, auditors and property managers to ensure smooth delivery to clients and completion of deliverables

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working in the fund administration industry or audit
• Private Equity or Real Estate experience is preferred
• Experience in working on a Private Equity or Real Estate accounting system, preferably Yardi or Investran
• Have experience in reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM\'s
• Experience in supervisory skills and/or coaching / mentoring
