Now Hiring: Associate Chiropractor (Full-Time) - Young Chiropractic, Uxbridge

What You Get:

Full-time schedule in a busy, established clinic (part-time may be considered to start) A steady flow of new patients from a trusted reputation and online visibility Mentorship and training in patient communication, navigating discussions with patients, creating personalized care plans, and clinical flow -- especially helpful for newer grads Casual, supportive clinic culture with a systems-backed approach to care All supplies and admin support provided Work alongside an experienced chiropractor and RMT Clear compensation structure: Straight 50% split with a clinic earning cap Once you hit your monthly billing goal, you take home 100% of billings beyond that Ability to renegotiate after 1 year Benefits & dental coverage after 1 year

What We're Looking For:

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree from a recognized institution. Licensed chiropractor in good standing with the CCO Confident and skilful adjusting, experience with IFC, ultrasound, shockwave, manual soft tissue therapy Bonus: acupuncture and/or prenatal experience Able to see 3-5 patients/hour on average -- focused, not rushed Comfortable managing your own patients and willing to cover for for the other chiropractor when needed (and vice versa) Handles own SOAPs, re-exams, and care plans (bonus if already familiar with WSIB and MVA cases) Comfortable with booking and billing Familiar with JaneApp is an asset Genuinely enjoys community involvement (we participate in local events and drives) Willing to work Saturdays, doesn't have to be every single one

Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
