Role and Responsibilities



The role of a Business Broker is in a high-performance environment. It is the heart of this well-oiled, fast-paced, team-oriented machine that is Gateway Business Intermediaries. We are looking for a unique personality with a strong voice, and the power to tell it like it is. Someone who questions why and is a clear and concise communicator.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



Negotiate engagement fees and sales commissions with sellers Negotiate the final selling price with potential buyers Facilitate meetings between buyers and sellers Represent and advise the seller for the best deal structure to optimize profitability Interact with a network of potential buyers and sellers Assist buyers in approval of financing for the purchase of the business

Initiative is a must have - Everyone's roles require each their own precious time. We are 100% invested in teaching you what you need and/or wish to be taught. REQUIREMENTS:



Those with previous experience in financing, real estate or commercial transactions, supporting professionals in real estate, accounting, banking, or law will be given higher consideration. Not necessary to obtain a license, we will provide the training for this. Own a car Punctual and Reliable
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00-$1,000,000.00 per year



Before we move forward, we want to ensure complete transparency about the structure of this opportunity:

A $25,000 investment in yourself is required and is backed by our Guarantee to provide no less than 40 prospective sellers or $3,000,000 in potential revenue, in addition to industry-leading training, coaching, tools, processes, and systems.



If targets are hit within 24 months, we will gladly "bonus" or refund your investment and we're open to other cost structures.
