Job Title Associate Branch Director

• Provides ongoing guidance and training to branch staff; monitors key performance measures for staff.
• Pursues new relationships with local businesses and seeks to enhance existing relationships.
• Conducts assessments to gain a better understanding of how to meet client needs.
• Delivers quality customer service to individual and small business clients while handling a wide variety of service transactions; collects and closes loans.

Job Summary Assists the branch manager in overseeing daily activities including management, customer service and staff training to ensure effective banking practices. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.
