We are looking for an experienced, highly personable, growth oriented individual to join our team. The candidate that will thrive in this role will be service oriented, a supportive team player with a strong commitment to excellence. They will be coachable, comfortable taking initiative, finding solutions, and seeing things through to completion. What will you do?
Support and serve clients while providing a highly personalized experience
Manage and support the execution of our service plan
Coordinate wealth planning services
Manage and follow-through on wealth planning activities
Assist with financial planning
Liaise with clients, team members & business partners to find solutions and see things through to completion
Help keep the team organized and manage the intricacies of our business
Manage our new client onboarding process
Support client education initiatives
Support business development activities
Coordinate and execute client appreciation & gifting
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
Naturally service oriented

Proactive, consistent, and reliable

Collaborative and supportive team player
Excellent communicator (verbal & written)

Nice to have
Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures
Experience in the securities industry is an asset
