Associate Account Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Paid Social, Search and Programmatic - Universal Pictures Group

Position Overview:

The Associate Account Manager - is responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns via multiple digital channels. In this role you will be responsible for helping promote multiple movies through paid execution, monitoring performance, making campaign optimizations, and reporting on results. You will be an integral part of the media buying process, working with multiple teams, both internally and externally. You will be a team player, who is highly organized, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360)
  • Demonstrate how to pull and organize campaign data effectively
  • Understand strategic differences between campaigns and set-up
  • Present and gain approval on campaign tactics
  • Forecast, generate and maximize performance opportunities with planning team
  • Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
  • Assist with the billing process through financial inputting and reconciliation
  • Maintain positive relationships, expectations and communications with the assistance of internal resources
  • Build on an existing level of expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to accounts
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant college certificate will be an asset
  • Relevant media buying and planning experience experience and/or digital marketing account management will be an asset
  • Experience using biddable platforms (Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, Google Ads, DV360)
  • Experience building, monitoring, and optimizing full funnel digital campaigns
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with interagency teams, creative agencies, and vendors face-to-face
  • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with analytical tools
  • Technical and analytical mindset
  • Experience with Prisma a desirable asset
