JOB SUMMARY





The

Associate Account Manager, Acute Care

is responsible for Sales and Margin growth within the customer accounts identified within the geographical area of Ontario. This role will require a combination of direct customer engagement in person with site visits & phone/e-mail to grow and support an existing base of Medline products in an existing customer base.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




Analyze and build strategic business plan for customers identified with Regional Sales Director

Participate in building Annual Sales Plans for the combined customers identified within the account lists

Achieve Sales and Margin targets for the combined accounts identified as "Ontario territory"

Assist with development of account plans for Key Accounts within territory

Maintain and grow product knowledge to support Medline product launches

Conduct Product Education/In-Services as required to drive adoption of NEW Medline products within customer accounts Liaise with / assist Medline CS and other internal departments to streamline order fulfilment Participate and present at sales meetings, conferences, &/ or customer presentations

Assist with the development of new programs and tools to enhance account implementation and sustainability

Complete other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS




1-2 Years of sales experience, preferred within healthcare

Business degree or education Strong business and sales acumen with analytical skills Strong oral and written communication skills with direct experience consulting with customers and internal stakeholders

Familiarity with SAP systems, Excel, and CRM (i.e. Salesforce) is a benefit
