Ceci est votre tremplin dans le monde technique de la gestion du risque de change d'entreprise. En tant qu'Associe Commercial FX, vous ferez bien plus que developper un portefeuille clients ; vous deviendrez un expert technique, conseillant les dirigeants d'entreprises mondiales sur leur strategie financiere. Vous apprendrez a decortiquer l'exposition aux devises d'un client et a deployer une panoplie sophistiquee d'instruments de couverture. Vos conversations porteront sur la structuration de solutions specifiques utilisant des contrats de change a terme pour securiser les flux de tresorerie futurs, et sur la mise en oeuvre de strategies d'options de change personnalisees pour fournir une protection robuste contre les risques de baisse. Il s'agit d'un role commercial axe sur les details pour ceux qui souhaitent maitriser l'application des produits financiers derives pour resoudre des defis commerciaux concrets.


Le role d'Associe Commercial FX




Developper de nouvelles affaires : Rechercher et identifier de maniere proactive les besoins des clients dans des secteurs cles. Vous effectuerez une analyse approfondie des clients potentiels afin de comprendre leurs exigences commerciales et d'identifier les opportunites ou les solutions d'Ebury peuvent apporter une valeur ajoutee significative. Developper et presenter des solutions sur mesure : Articuler les services d'Ebury aupres des prospects et concevoir des solutions personnalisees pour repondre a leurs besoins specifiques en matiere de change, de gestion des risques (couverture), de paiements et de financement du commerce international. Securiser de nouveaux partenariats : Gerer strategiquement un pipeline de ventes en planifiant et en participant a des reunions clients, souvent aux cotes de membres seniors de l'equipe, avec l'objectif clair de conclure des affaires et d'etablir de nouveaux partenariats durables.
Cultiver des relations clients durables : Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance en fournissant aux clients des analyses de marche expertes et des mises a jour continues sur les tendances des devises, renforcant ainsi les relations, assurant la fidelisation de la clientele et augmentant vos connaissances globales du marche


A propos de vous





Vous etes peut-etre un jeune diplome interesse par les services financiers ou vous avez 1 a 2 ans d'experience dans un environnement de vente B2B. Quoi qu'il en soit, vous etes determine a developper une carriere reussie dans la vente de solutions FinTech et possedez une forte ethique de travail, motivee et autonome. Vous etes quelqu'un qui saisit les opportunites d'apprendre et de progresser et qui souhaite nous rejoindre pour la prochaine phase passionnante de notre croissance.


Qualifications et competences




Diplomee(e) d'etudes supererieures de l'enseignement superieur ou equivalent. Maitrise professionnelle du francais et de l'anglais. Experience commerciale demontrable ou interet et/ou connaissances de base en finance/economie. Excellentes competences en communication verbale et ecrite, y compris l'animation de presentations de groupe. Maitrise des applications Microsoft Office, notamment Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Access, ainsi que des logiciels d'analyse specifiques a l'industrie. Competences en recherche. Acuite commerciale et orientation resultats. Motivation a travailler dans un environnement axe sur les objectifs

This is your launchpad into the technical world of corporate FX risk management. As a

FX Sales Associate

, you'll do more than build a client book, you'll become a technical expert, consulting with the leadership of global businesses on their financial strategy. You will learn to dissect a client's currency exposure and deploy a sophisticated toolkit of hedging instruments. Your conversations will be about structuring FX solutions using both forward contracts & options, to secure future cash flows while providing robust downside protection. This is a detail-oriented sales role for those who want to master the application of financial derivatives to solve real-world business challenges.


The FX Sales Associate Role:




Drive New Business:

Proactively research & identify client needs within key sectors. You will conduct in-depth analysis of prospective clients to understand their commercial requirements and pinpoint opportunities where Ebury's solutions can add significant value.

Secure New Partnerships:

Strategically manage a sales pipeline by scheduling and attending client meetings, often alongside senior team members, with the clear objective of closing deals and establishing new, lasting partnerships.

Develop & Present Bespoke Solutions:

Articulate Ebury's services to prospects and design tailored solutions to address their specific requirements across foreign exchange, risk management (hedging), payments, and trade finance.

Cultivate Lasting Client Relationships:

Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with expert market analysis and continuous updates on currency trends, thereby strengthening relationships, ensuring client retention, and increasing your overall market knowledge.

About You





You may be a graduate with an interest in Financial Services or you may have 1-2 years of experience within a B2B sales environment. Either way, you will be committed to developing a successful career within FinTech sales and have a strong, self-motivated work ethic. You will be someone who seizes opportunities to learn and progress and who wants to join us on the next exciting phase of our growth.


Qualifications and Skills




Educated to Degree level or equivalent Working proficiency in French & English Demonstrable commercial experience or an interest in and/or a basic knowledge of finance/economics Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software Research skills Commercial acumen and drive for results Motivated to work in a target-driven environment.
