As an Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. Engage in technology sales by effectively communicating product knowledge and upselling when appropriate. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities. Maintain merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively. Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities. Exhibit professionalism through phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, particularly in technology-related products. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers confidently. Proven time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A keen interest in learning about new products and technologies to enhance sales efforts.
