Fournir des normes constamment elevees d'experience client dans le Magasin conformement aux valeurs de marque et aux normes de service de PUMA Grace a un service a la clientele efficace, les performances individuelles atteignent ou depassent constamment les objectifs de vente, de KPI et de rentabilite Responsable du traitement precis des transactions de vente a la caisse, en toute securite et rapidement Maintenir la proprete et l'ordre du magasin ainsi que le respect de toutes les directives de marchandisage visuel selon les normes PUMA Responsable de l'execution et du traitement des marchandises entrantes et sortantes Tenu de se conformer a toutes les politiques et procedures, aux competences operationnelles de base et aux responsabilites cles Responsable du maintien d'un environnement de travail et d'achat securitaire, sain et responsable des plaintes Requis pour travailler des heures non traditionnelles ; les fins de semaine, les soirs, les jours feries ; des heures supplementaires peuvent etre requises a ce poste

1 a 2 ans d'experience dans un environnement de vente au detail axe sur le service a la clientele (de preference des vetements / chaussures) Solide joueur d'equipe Solides competences en communication Capacite d'apprendre rapidement Connaissance des competences en informatique, savoir-faire de base sur les programmes MS Office Capacite de soulever / transporter, pousser / tirer jusqu'a 30 livres regulierement

La remuneration de base pour ce poste est de 16.10 $ a 19.10 $ + avantages
