Assitant Cook
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
As an Assistant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food according to the menu and diets, assisting in the preparation of meals to be sure that they are ready on time and the specific dietary needs are met, ensuring the various units and dining room receive adequate food according to number of residents, and making sure the quality of the food is at a standard preferred by residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEP (DVS) in food services OR high school diploma OR any other completed diploma from the pertinent ministry (DEP, AEC, DEC, BAC, etc.) OR one (1) year experience as Cook or Cook\'s Aid in a restaurant setting or in a communal kitchen
Good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken)
