Concretely, here is what you are going to do:

1. Strategy and planning (30%)

Participate in keyword research and competitive analysis to support the SEO strategy. Support the strategist in defining SEO recommendations (technical, content, structure). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in SEO actions. Take the lead on small to medium-sized accounts.

2. SEO management and optimisation (35%)

Implement on-page and technical SEO optimisations (tags, internal linking, speed, indexing). Monitor website health and organic performance using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.

3. Analysis and reporting (25%)

Analyse SEO performance using tools. Produce regular reports and make optimisation recommendations. Identify opportunities for organic growth and track gains.

4. Monitoring and training (10%)

Continuously monitor SEO trends, algorithm updates and emerging tools. Test new approaches and share learnings with the team. Contribute to internal documentation and the dissemination of SEO best practices.

To succeed in this position, you must:

Excellent knowledge of key SEO tools. Relevant experience in the field, preferably in an agency setting. Proficiency in Google Sheets. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to learn quickly, work independently and go the extra mile. Rigorous approach and strong organisational skills.

Curiosity and strong analytical skills Attention to detail: SEO involves many small adjustments that can make a big difference. Be a 'geek' with a passion for new technologies and digital media Good level of English and French, both spoken and written
